Windsurfing is synonymous with Nitinaht Lake. In fact many people claim that Nitinaht is the best place to windsurf in Canada. During the summer, rarely is there a day when nobody is windsurfing on the lake. One of the features that make this lake so attractive to all skill levels, is that the wind intensity varies throughout the day. This range in wind strength (not gusty) allows people of all skill levels to utilize the lake.
